Salary Ranges
The New Hampshire Judicial Branch has a salary matrix of 60 labor grades
- Each labor grade has nine steps of increase:
- Steps 1-5 are given on a yearly increment basis if your review is satisfactory or greater and after successful completion of one year in the step
- Steps 5 to 6, 6 to 7 and 7 to 8 are given after successful completion of 2 years in the step
- Step 8 to 9 is given after successful completion of 3 years in the step
When do you get paid?
The State’s payroll system is setup on a bi-weekly payroll cycle. Payday is every other Friday.
